If you are concerned with unwanted moles and other small lesions, then our Mole Removal treatment may be what you are looking for. Outline Clinic, based in Droitwich Worcestershire are experts in Mole Removal.

Who is suitable for Mole Removal?

We are able to remove moles from the face, which are raised and not pigmented. Although we can treat moles that are brown in colour, the pigment is not removed by the treatment, and whilst the mole may flatten it will leave behind a residue of brown pigment in the skin.

How do we remove Moles?

Mole Removal is carried out using a form of Plasma Treatment.

The procedure is an advanced technique, and should only be carried out by a medical practitioner who is experienced in this type of procedure. Our clinic nurse will critically assess the mole, and we only remove moles when we are comfortable that it poses no risk to you. If we are uncertain about the history of your mole, we will refer you to your GP for assessment of the mole.

Step by Step - Mole Removal

  • The first step to take is to book a consultation with one of our highly experienced Clinic Practitioners. We will run through your full medical history and the treatment will be explained to you. If you decide to go through with Mole Removal, an appointment with one of our practitioners will be arranged for you.

  • The treated area may swell and scab, and this can last several days. We advise you not to wear make up during this time.

  • A small probe is tapped on the mole and an electric current is used to shrink the mole down. Usually only one session is required. The area is anaesthetised during treatment to remove pain.
