Terms & Conditions

1)    Special rates / prices for VIPs are available only to those customers who have registered an account with us and opted to receive our e-newsletter

2)    VIPs are entitled to receive a 5% discount on products purchased instore

3)    The 5% discount is not available on products already discounted instore

4)    The 5% discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer

5)    In addition to the 5% discount, VIPs are entitled to purchase selected products at a greatly reduced rate (up to 50% discount). This offer is limited to 3 products per person. These heavily discounted products are brought to the attention of VIPs via our e-newsletter and are available to VIPs ONLY.

6)    For overseas VIPs, heavily discounted products are limited to 3 per person. Shipping rates are our standard rates and take 7-14 working days, by International Signed For service.

7)    Heavily discounted products are selected by us each month and highlighted to VIPs in our e-newsletter. These products are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative products: eg) Bioclear Cream, if selected by us as a VIP offer cannot be exchanged for Bioclear Lotion

8)    UK members - Irrespective of the delivery option chosen during checkout, our heavily discounted products are shipped second class and will take a maximum of 7 working days to arrive. This will apply even if "next day delivery"  or "standard delivery" is selected and paid for by the customer.

9)    VIP status and offers can be withdrawn by us at any time without notice.
