Work a small smount of shampoo through wet hair, then massage gently, moving the scalp to help stimulate it. Start with the roots of the hair and work through to the ends. Rinse carefully for 3 minutes.
Towel hair (Hair does not have to be completely dry but please ensure you remove excess water).
