Expert Tips & Techniques:

• To create fuller lips, apply gloPrecision lip pencil along the outer edge of the natural lip line and fill in with color.
• To minimise the look of larger lips, apply gloPrecision lip pencil just inside the natural lip line.
• To define lips and prevent colour from bleeding or feathering, line and fill entire lip area, then apply your gloLip stick, gloLiquid lips or gloGloss of choice.
