Director & Clinic Nurse

Mary has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years and leads the Outline Team. She has worked in the medical cosmetic field since 1993, and has previously specialised in lasers within the Dermatology sector. Mary has almost 18 years experience with dermal fillers, starting off with Collagen™ in the early 1990’s.

Mary has worked for some of the largest and well-known cosmetic surgery groups in the past, and has been asked to provide injectable treatments by request to the UK’s largest cosmetic surgery group. Mary established the Outline Skincare clinic in 2001 and is proud to have seen it grow over the years into the success that it is today. As well as providing the clinic treatments at Outline, Mary is Clinical Nurse Specialist and National UK trainer to the UK Cynosure Laser Corporation. Mary is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and member of the British Medical Laser Association and British Association of Cosmetic Nurses

Joanne Andrews Office Manager

 

Joanne has a wealth of experience in different industries which she brings to the Outline team. After several years as a PA to a Company Director, she went on to successfully manage a chain of Estate Agents in the Worcestershire area. Joanne is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and is the perfect “front of house” for us.

She is the point of contact for customer service and is the cheerful voice on the end of the telephone for arranging all patient appointments. Joanne has received full and intensive training in our skincare product ranges and can offer telephone advice if you require a tailor-made skincare regime.

Jo also provides many of our clinic treatments, including lasers and skin peels.

Denise Kemp
Product Adviser

Denise brings with her to Outline, a huge amount of experience from the dental industry. She works for us in the capacity of product adviser, and is able to assist customers in choosing the correct products for their skin regime.

Denise works part-time for us, as she remains the Practice Manager for Hollywood Dental - a nearby dental practice which offers "smile makeovers" and all froms of cosmetic dentistry.
